Day 89
4:13 pm – 4:40 pm

He stacks newspapers in his
Living room with the intention
Of reading through the
Entire thing from
Page one of the main section
To the last page of the classifieds

It has been said that only
Crazy people
Do that
Or at least people
Who have a severe
Obsessive compulsive disorder

Well, of course
This is a kid who spent his childhood
Reciting the names from the cassette tapes
He made for every Top 40 song from
The countdown on KIIS fm every week

But maybe it’s a matter of logic or
Common sense having no place here
And, it’s a little sad
Since he’s no longer a kid and
Has no one else to hang out with
Hence the newspapers
