Day 107
2:54 am – 3:08 am

3 rings

that was you
on the phone
leaving a message

i couldn’t hear
what you said
it was distorted

some weird signal
but i heard
you greeting me

you were smiling
wishing me well
asking me questions

how i’m doing
if i’m good
you’re good, too

i can tell
you must be
doing just fine

i figure you’ve
moved on, or
you wouldn’t call

tkk
