Day 139
12:11 am – 12:41 am

a wonderling looks for his love

The Wonderling whose
eyes survey pale planes
readying for appropriate
flight patterns and forms
of musical excavation

on this fine day
takes his time,
splays designs atop
crescent prisms forming
a humble symphony,
quiet murals
of atonal cacophony

he has angels wings
and cheeks puffed with air
filled with the adorations
of light songs for his muse

wherever she may be
she will

and for all the
drive in his buoyancy
she will wake to raise
her chin toward his sky
let her lips be wide
and consume all that comes
pouring out, passing through
his throat directly from
his heart string soul
in to hers
