Day 160
12:43 am – 1:14 am

A.A.F. S.O.L. – 10) Food

The signs went up
today
No Club Enthusiasts
or
Head Mounters Allowed
Here

Rabbit and her clan
were plentiful but well
known to be slim

While the little
anxious soldiers
who spent their entire
time in training liked
the thought they could
suddenly eat as much
fat as they can

Caribou and Seal
heard this so they
went running fast
toward the desert
where it is safe
to lay out all day
and avoid the traffic
of lost avengers who
must hunt for ways
to stay warm

Polar Bear sent a
signal to the fools
caught up in the idea
of adventure
Do Not Come Here,
he said.
The head, the brisket,
the ribs, the backbone,
the pelvis, are not
meant for the white man
I would like to give you a
piece of my liver once I
am dead
