Day 209
4:13 pm

killing our genius – 1

no need to get your head buried
underneath yesterday’s success

we may go now looking for spirits but
if we meet i will tell them to rest

for what if today is not a day of brilliance
but an afternoon like any other

just an honest day of hard work
a way for no means of break or caving in

let’s throw rocks at the moments of genius
and dare them to come back again
