Day 223
1:07 am

Workday Sunday

An overcast day in Santa Monica
Means everyone is looking
For the next open table
Inside the cafe

I am a vulture
Standing there watching
The almost empty cups

Waiting for that move
To unplug your laptop

I could care less if it’s
Obvious I’m waiting

We all have work to do

May as well be comfy

Are you done yet?
sent with a smile
