Day 291
8:07 pm

To the student activist who
said he is alone in this world

To see yourself in
Isolation is to be
Blinded by the fear
Of your own capacity

To sit in isolation
Is to be sheltered
From the power with
Which community
Stands

Who taught you
It is safer, easier, better
To think you are
Alone?

tkk

On death, again

cycles, reasoning and spirituality
aside, all that remains is
death happens and it
sucks

tkk

capacity for what?
(To reach, to make something happen, to create your situation, to build community, to connect to the depths of people, to have a substantial conversation, to know you are unique yet not so special, to know there is possibility and brilliance in everyone, to be curious, to be changed, to be grateful, to deserve forgiveness, to be better, to be positivity, to be loved, to be love)
