Day 309
2:00 am

a ‘lil rap for the girl who needs to keep running

Arms crossed at
your face in a flinch
like it was an old move

You took off walking
down the street, i say
that’s good news

He screams at you to come back
but please keep walking
because very soon

You’ll see he doesn’t
never did and never will
deserve you
