Day 109
11:00 pm

the star left her mask

-She left once-

She was meant to sing, meant to
dance, meant to make everyone
around her believe they could do
the same yet come no where close

-will she be back?-

The stage was her playgound even
when it became her office, but she
had to leave when it became like
home and broke her heart

-no one really knows-

No staying around and looking
forward to change for this starlet,
she was either to be loved by all or
missed for good

-she got too close-

She never meant to love anyone
that much, never wanted to need
anybody more than they wanted
her once the house was dark

-we almost forget grandeur-

She shows, one last time, to remind
us of what we lost, then rides away
on top, but with a heart less full
than ours for her presence

-she proves no return is permanent-
